The process

What should I look for when choosing a transformational coach?

Look for a coach with relevant training and experience, a coaching style that resonates with you, good references or testimonials, and a clear coaching process. Many coaches offer free consultations which help you gauge further if the coach is right for you. We offer this to all new clients.

How long does are the sessions?

The consultation only takes about 30 minutes. But the normal sessions are 60-90 minutes. The full process takes 3-6 months or until you begin to practice on your own without effort. 

How often do we meet?

Weekly is best but many find every 2 weeks is best for their busy schedule.

What if I wanted to end my coaching engagement?

For packages, we offer a cancel-out option after the first session. This gives you the opportunity to decide whether to continue.   

Can I change through coaching?

Absolutely Yes. You can change through dedication and practice. 

What will be the fees for one-time consultation?

Single sessions start at $200. We can discuss the best route for you with the free consultation option.

How do I measure the success of transformational coaching?

Success can be measured through personal metrics, such as increased self-awareness, improved relationships, greater life satisfaction, and achieving personal goals set during the coaching process.
